[PNRP] Gamemode Development

The other day i joined a server and i saw a window po up on the loading screen: i have no idea how this happened: but taht should be done with the the pnrp basic help menu: because nobody ever reads it.

The other pop up you see when you load into PNRP is from Wire.

? I meant: When you connect to a server, and the gmod logo pops up, while a little bar says "Initializing game data" and/or "Retrieving game data" or "Sending Client info"
Rather than a blank white screen w/ a gmod logo, i once saw a server that had a menu and such with controls, rules, etc.
I am not sure how or why this happend, but if it is possible, it would be a great idea to display a few major rules and controls while people load the game, it would probabaly decrease the amount of newcomers who have no idea what they are doing, and start killing players for no reason.

Will have to look into that later.
