Turn off head bobbing/swaying

One of the reasons no one plays on the server is because of the head bob/sway whenever you move around or move your mouse. This should be off by default with an option to turn it on. Also getting resources is a pain in the ass, and the default map on the server kind of sucks.

1. I may be adding a option to disable or adjust the amount of head bob, it wont be off by default though.
2. The gamemode is meant to be a challenge.
3. You are one of the first I have heard negative comments about the map. Are you sure it was the default map gm_postnuke_beta_4. It some times gets left on a map after some vote it to a different one and then leave.
