[PNRP] Gamemode Development

Implement the new inventory system's GUI into the community stockpiles. The new inventory system used with personal lockers and cars is great, but you still have to use the stale old system for the community stockpile. I don't know if this was intentional or would have resulted in wiping people's stockpiles or something, but I love the new inventory GUI so much more.

I will add that to my "to do" list, I may have overlooked it.
