[PNRP] Gamemode Development

Today me and David Knight from the server messed around with numbers on the guns in PNRP, i'll link them here if anyone wants to check them out.

it'd be cool to see the official server updated with these settings, as the guns now are far too easy to use, and the AR2 is op as funk

Honestly the only gun that probably needs to be nerfed is the Badlands, it one hits anyone in the head with 100% hp and 100% armor.

maybe i oughta put the damage down to 40 with the new ability it has huh?
