new sniper!
Posted: Sat May 04, 2013 10:20 amwhen i was playing with Spazztic and Zeashos, Spazztic was spawning props and decorations. i suddenly saw him spawn a combine sniper. He said it is just a reskin of the crossbow, yet i couldn't find the model. i was thinking if we could have that model made into a bolt-action sniper rifle that holds 5 bullets and has a longer range and a higher damage then the precision sniper. it could be a rare combine drop, just like the pulse rifle, but more rare. you can have a chance of a combine+pulse rifle or a combine+sniper. and it could use either .357 or pulse ammo.
here is some facts i have so far:
pros: very long range, very high damage, can do a 100-150 damage headshot, and a 75 damage bodyshot.
cons: horrible accuracy at close range, VERY rare, long reload, have to set up before shooting, very big/bulky so movement slows, low clip.
i would REALLY like this on the gamemode.
