No Physgun on cars?

you think of how hard that would be?
but i think it would be pretty fun..seeing someone crash their car into a river, and having to pull it out with a prop or another car.

pretty RP if you ask me

or, if you don't want to totally restrict it, you could make it so the physgun limiter is really close for each vehicle, say about 100-200 units, so you'd basically have to be touching the car to carry it.

Unsure on this one... If it was implemented, and someones car was somehow lost to a dangerous area, they could always just use the command to put their car back into their inventory, then place it back down safely.

mmmm..true..maybe, you could have a limited distance get all cars as well? but have this one be larger? say about 800 units? you'd still have to get pretty close to pick it up

Thats true, all they would do is just use GetAllCars to get the car and then just respawn it.

The pulling car out of rivers with rope and such is pretty fun though, but lagistically can be harder that you would think in some cases lol.

I can picture a typical physics engine spaz attack, where the toed vehicle will clip under the map then suddenly be launched into the air, pulling the other car along with it.

Personally i always put this into use on an RP standpoint when people are around, Such as when I crashed my car into the pond on PN revelation, and then got the help of Crazykid and another player (I think it was you John) to help me tow it out. Little things such as this where you choose RP over Practicality are what make RP servers more fun!
