2. Patch Notes 27 and New Map Added

   New Maps added to the Live Server with spawn grids setup.
   rp_salvation and rp_salvation_night

   Path Notes:

   1. Finished Admin No Cost system
   2. Finished Admin Create All System
   3. Fixed positioning of Death Notice
   4. Players can now turn Death Notice On/Off pnrp_DeathNotice
   5. Hp, Sp, and End are now saved when player exits.
   6. SP now saved when waking up from sleep

3. New site look

   I have finally updated the webpage from the old 2004 version. Ended up using WordPress and making a custom template.
